Ben Westbeech - So Good Today mp3 Ringtone

Ben Westbeech - So Good Today mp3 Ringtone

I’ve just listened to “So Good Today” by Ben Westbeech, who is a well-known Bristol DJ and lives now in London. He is also a cool jazz singer, pianist and is influenced by hip-hop, house, techno, punk and a few more genres of music. A lot of people in London, who at least once have heard his singing and playing gigs in clubs, consider him to be a brilliant and amazing person. I don’t want to be immoderate, so I will only say, that his music is really great. Besides, ”So good today” was his first single, which Ben Westbeech gave to his friend and she gave that song to Gilles Peterson (he is a DJ and record collector), who signed Ben to his new label Brownswood Recordings. Ben Westbeech has a few popular singles - “Get Closer”, “So Good Today”, “Dance With Me” and others and in 2007 also released his own album “Welcome To The Best Years Of Your Life”. And now almost of of his singles are available for dowloading as mp3 ringtones ;)

Aretha Franklin - I Say A Little Prayer mp3 Ringtone

Aretha Franklin - I Say A Little Prayer mp3 Ringtone

Nowadays Aretha Franklin is one of the most popular soul singers in America (now she is 66-years-old woman). Besides, she deals with jazz, blues, pop, rock and gospel, she also writes songs, plays the piano. Aretha released almost 40 albums during her career as a singer!!! But the most interesting thing about her is the fact that she managed to win twenty Grammy Awards!!! Among her fans Aretha is known as the “Queen of Soul”, sometimes is called “Sister Ree”. The song “I Say a Little Prayer” was written by two songwriters - Burt Bacharach and Hal David - for Dionne Warwick in 1967, but was performed by many singers. Among those singers was Aretha Franklin who recorded this song in 1968 and included it into her album “Aretha Now” (later also included into two more albums: “Aretha’s Gold” and “Aretha’s Greatest Hits”). “I Say A Little Prayer” charted at Number 1 on the Billboard Magazine Hot 100. By the way, I’ve just listened to her song and decided to download “I Say A Little Prayer” mp3 Ringtone ;)

Amy Winehouse - Rehab mp3 Ringtone

Amy Winehouse - Rehab mp3 Ringtone

A few minutes ago I listened to Amy Winehouse’s single “Rehab”. I have to say, that the song has a really meaningful lyrics, but the style of music is a little bit grave and ominous (I hope that it is just my own impression and I can change it having listened to this song once more). So, Amy Winehouse is an English singer-songwriter, who recently became very popular not only in England, but also abroad. To her favourite genres belong soul, jazz, R&B and even rock & roll (strange combination, by the way ;) ). “Rehab” is Amy’s single for her second studio album with the title “Back to Black” released in 2006. Besides, the content of this song is to some extent autobiographical, cause she had problems with alcohol (she said, that she began drinking because of the split-up with her boyfriend). The tune was commercially successful (5x platinum!!!) and won a few Grammy Awards this year: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. I recommend you at least to listen to “Rehab” mp3 ringtone - you’ll like it ;)
